Born and raised in the city of New York, our CEO has been investing in Real Estate in the USA since the age of 19 and has been a Real Estate Broker since the age of 18. He ran into Detroit Real Estate by accident and decided to start buying property for himself due to the high returns on investment. The returns he found in Detroit were impossible to find in the City of New York. There was only one problem, out-of-state investing was a pain when it came to dealing with property management, contractors, and of course, finding good deals. He created BONJOUR DETROIT INVEST after realizing how hard it was to find good property management and contractors in the city of Detroit. When many of his friends approached him to purchase in the city, a light bulb went off in his head. If he could solve the three problems of finding good deals, providing good property management, and having full-time solid contractors then a lot of people would be more inclined to invest in the city. And, so it worked. Today he is proud to say he has clients from all over the world, from Australia to France down to South America and Canada. With hundreds of properties sold, a turn-key experience has been created.
